 NOTE:  June18th is our Annual Meeting.  We have 3 board members whose terms are up.  Our Treasurer, Pam Irish, resigned and Marie Baldwin is finishing out the year.  We will need a person to finish out her term - one year left.  We will need 4 co-owners to volunteer for serve on the Board. 

Who is eligible to run on the Condo Board?

Need to be a converted co-owner
Living on the premises
Association fees are paid up-to-date
Best to have email access
Have a business-like mind as well as an attitude to serve the community.
